Oh and I just got awfully busy at my internship (again). I knew this moment was coming. Lucky for me I found a friend over there. Dunno if I told about her before, but her name is Vicktorya and she's really nice/cool/weird. I like people like her. (Too bad she reads Twilight, but oh well.)

BTW my new fandom might be Sherlock Holmes. Because of the new movie, mostly. It made me realize how awesomely gay Holmes and Watson were for each other. XD I can't wait for the new movie, with all its glorious slash hints (thank you Guy Ritchie!), to come out! :DDD

My mom's two sisters are here, and seriously it's like having two extra mothers! Or two large chickens cackling in the room. XD

I started playing World of Warcraft again, this time on a free private server. It's really fun, my new character is a lvl 13 Human Paladin named 'Axelfreeboot'. I designed him after my Dungeons & Dragons character: the Human Warlord 'Axel Freebooter'. (There wasn't enough space left for the rest of the name, damn. :P)

But I fucked up and installed a patch that I shouldn't have, so now I'm trying to fix it. D:
Either way I won't be playing all evening because my aunts sleep in the room that has the fast computer. :(

So my little brother is STILL ANGRY. Not only with me, but with my parents too. And the only reason we can think of is: I accidentally broke his free dino toy Saturday evening. Which I immediately replaced with a new one. And apologized for. Several times.

I don't get him! Why so upset? Why upset for days?! Why ruining everyone's mood including your own for several days because of NOTHING?!

He can be awesome too. A couple of days ago he couldn't remember the name of Queer as Folk, so he accidentally called it GQ Fags. XD

Yesterday was Sinterklaas evening. It was SO MUCH FUN! :DD
My dad made a poem with a dirty line in it (hinting at my mom's boobs XD). My little brother made a wonderful cardboard moped as a surprise for my dad. And my mom made me a really awesome communicator and a little Enterprise! (The poem that came with it was supposedly from Captain Kirk, so I tried to read it Shatner-style. XDD)



The communicator (made with a box of matches) contained THIS as a present:

My schoolbag is so GQ right now, with The Big Three on it! x3 x3 x3 Almost can't wait to go to school (internship) tomorrow, hehe.
She also got me the Star Trek TOS 2010 Calendar, but that one hasn't arrived yet!

I love all of my presents and I actually hadn't thought there would be so many of them! *feels really lucky* ^^

My brother liked the presents I got for him too. (The Spore Creepy & Cute Parts Pack, lots of candy and a tiny dinosaur made out of soapstone.) He also liked the surprise I made (a huge dinner plate with huge utinsils) and the poem I wrote. But he got upset because I threw a present at him (for him to catch!) because I knew it was another free dino toy. It broke a little, and he was sooo angry. I offered him my own dino toy, my apologies and another present (without throwing it :P) but he's STILL MAD. I can't believe it, it's been like an entire day since. Who gets mad over a free dino toy that WAS REPLACED IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT HAPPENED?! Whatever, it's not my fault he's mad, it's his own fault. And he ruined half his Sinterklaas and with that he kinda ruined it for the rest too. I wish he wasn't so stupid... :(

Oh well, it still was A-MA-ZING. <33 Better and more fun than I could have imagined! I had also bought little gifts for the rest of our household. Even for our cat! She loves her present BTW, already broke the little fake mouse I gave her. XD I gave my dad a tiny Volkswagen car and my mom got a tiny piggy (made out of soapstone as well). :)

ALMOST EVERYTHING THAT EVENING WAS A GREAT SUCCESS. :DD

So yesterday evening I went to see Paranormal Activity. At one point, I wasn't scared AT ALL. And at another point I was like HOLY SHIT SCARY. So yeah, it was a nice horror movie and I'm glad I saw it. :)

I got home after midnight, so I went straight to bed. This morning I woke up, checked LJ AND FOUND OUT THERE HAD BEEN AN OMEGLE PARTY ON ONTD_STARTREK. I friggin' LOVE those parties. And I'm sooo bummed out I have missed this one! D:

Goddammit Jim.

On a more cheerful note: tonight is SINTERKLAAS EVENING! :DDD Basically it's Secret Santa but with Sinterklaas instead of Santa.

That was my random thought of today. Sorry I was looking up pictures of sharks, because they are amazing, and so many people kill them! I fail to understand, and it really hurts me to see those magnificent creatures helpless and bloody on the floor of a boat.

Last week I finally had a real conversation with someone at my internship. Her name's Victoria, and she goes to the same anime conventions as me! I was so glad to meet another fangirl, even though we don't really have the same fandoms. We had a lot of fun, listening to FMA songs and whatnot. :D

Now I'll try to be more social to the other people too, but it's just harder. It takes so much time before I get over my shyness around those people.

This week is the final presentation of a huge project I have been working on. I still have much to do! I just hope it will be a success, because a lot of people have been working their asses off. SO NERVOUS AND A LITTLE EXCITED. My video presentation will be shown there.

After that, I still have about 2 months of internship left, but I will have to start on another project. That won't be a problem, I already have something in mind.

Yesterday my friends from far, far away came to visit me and Lara. We had an awesome time together! <3 I made them watch a cracktastic episode of Star Trek (Charlie X), then I took them on a small tour through the area. After that we went shopping, then we had dinner and finally we went to Lara her boyfriend's house and they made us watch Detroit Metal City, which was REALLY FUCKING HILARIOUSLY AWESOME. XDD And then we said our dramatic goodbyes. I hope I'll see them again soon! :)

I'm watching the last season of Queer as Folk. I needed to see it! I need closure, olol. So far it's hella funny. Especially with chubby!Ted, haha. <3 But this thing with Lindsay and Melanie has been going on way too long, they get me all sad. :/ I'm just glad Emmett is still fabulous.

My internship is going... Well it's going, haha. I'm doing the best I can. Sometimes I get things done easily, and other times it's a real struggle. But I am having fun and I'm learning, despite all the stress. I just wish I could be a bit more social around the people I work with. I hate being the quiet girl that's no fun at all. It's like I don't have a personality there!

It's been one hell of a ride, but I loved every damned second of it. The only thing I regret is going to sleep and waking up to 10.000 comments and realizing I hadn't been there for the ending. Oh well.

At least I got to throw all my best macros around.
